Donation Transactions
You understand and accept that your donation to Propel Foundation Gaushala is non-refundable. Donations are handled as irrevocable donations that support our activities, which include community awareness campaigns, animal refuge, rehabilitation, and round-the-clock veterinarian care. A donation cannot be refunded or swapped once it has been completed.
Refund Requests
You have seven days after the transaction to get in touch with our donor support team in the unlikely event that something goes wrong during the contribution procedure (such duplicate charges or technical processing difficulties). Every refund request will be examined individually. We will quickly handle the reimbursement if the issue is confirmed. Please be aware that refunds are not available for requests resulting from a change of heart or reassessment of the donation.
Processing Time
Please give yourself 10 to 15 business days if your refund request is accepted so that the money can be processed and appear in your account. Your bank or other financial institution may have different processing times.
Exclusions
All contributions—including those made in response to matching fund or promotional offers—are final. Donations given on purpose will not be reimbursed, regardless of any changes in circumstances or viewpoints.
